- Chopped chicken breast (120g), cooked
- 1/2 cup of black beans
- 1/4 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 6 cherry tomato, chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- Cook brown rice according to package.
- Heat up chicken and black beans
- Put lettuce in bowl then add cooked rice, black beans, chicken, avocado and tomato
- Add any extra toppings you would like!
