A New Start

Good Monday Morning! 
Another weekend come and gone. It was a great weekend. Friday Miss O and I hung out at home while the hubs was coaching football. The game was 2 hours away so we didn't go. Saturday I got a whole day baby  free. It was amazing! I mean I love Miss O so much but I got to walk around a new health food store I've been wanting to go to and Target with no one crying, yelling or trying to climb out of the cart. It was amazing I tell ya! 
Sunday I went to lunch with my bff then grocery shopped. You know the fun stuff. 
Friday when I was home alone and after Miss O went to sleep I got to thinking about this losing weight thing. Its so not easy. I wish it was, but then again I'd probably already be a size 4. Which I don't really ever have any plans for. 
You know I could do the whole Paleo thing again. I lost most of my baby weight that way. But I know its something I probably wouldn't stick with long term. Counting Calories sucks but it seems to be the easiest thing to do.  I hope to one day not have to follow a diet or plan to just wake up and eat. 
Then I remembered the newish Beachbody plan called the 21 Day Fix.
