WIAW #7

Good Morning! 
I'm so ready for some hot and sunny weather. Monday it was cloudy and sprinkled here and there and yesterday it rained all morning until about 3. 

I love rainy days just not 2 in one week. Especially when I had plans to run outside those two days. And y'all know I hate those damn dreadmills. 
Speakings of runs. I've been going back and fourth about doing a half marathon this year and I've finally made up my mind. I'll be doing the Longview Half Marathon in November. 
I was mostly worried about not having enough running experience but then I saw something the other day. 
It said if you can run 3 miles you can train for a half marathon. 
I knew it was speaking to me. Now I need to find a great training program. 



If you follow me on instagram you know I've been doing Weight Watchers for about a month now and I love it. 
I knew someone that was doing it so I thought maybe I'll give it a try and I did. 
Its been pretty great. Its nothing like I thought it would be. 
So today I thought I would share with you some meals I've been eating.

  1. Congratulations on picking your first half marathon. With a November race date you have lots of time to build your mileage slowly. I looked at this one too but was a little worried about the 14 minute mile minimum :( Good luck and I look forward to hearing about your training.
