I know my problem is I get so bored doing the same thing over and over again. And let's face it weight machines aren't very fun.
I knew I would love CrossFit because its something different every day but still a great/hard workout.
I still plan on running along with the 6 week workout. I have my plan all written out and ready to go. Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays I will be running. Saturdays I will probably be doing my long runs.
Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays I will be doing my crossfit like workouts.
I'm pretty excited. Don't worry I will update you at the end of each week.
