New Workouts

Good Morning Friends. 
I hope everyone's week is going good. 
We had a great Monday and hoping the rest of the week ends well. 
I went for an amazing 2.5 mile run. It was hot yet windy. I didn't think I would get much sun but this morning I noticed I got a little burnt. 

If you follow me on Pinterest and see all the workouts I pin you probably noticed I kinda love CrossFit even though I've never been to a CrossFit gym. 
Of course the closest CrossFit gym is about an hour away from me so I know I won't be doing it anytime soon but I still wanted to find some workouts I could do at the gym or at home. 
In search for some great CrossFit like workouts I can across this great blog Simply Sadie Jane which happens to have a great 6 week at-home crossfit inspiried workouts. I'm totally giving this a go. 
I know my problem is I get so bored doing the same thing over and over again. And let's face it weight machines aren't very fun. 
I knew I would love CrossFit because its something different every day but still a great/hard workout. 
 
 I still plan on running along with the 6 week workout. I have my plan all written out and ready to go. Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays I will be running. Saturdays I will probably be doing my long runs. 
Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays I will be doing my crossfit like workouts. 
I'm pretty excited. Don't worry I will update you at the end of each week.

  1. Do you have Les Mills close to you? I love Les Mills Bodypump because it helps me stay interested in lifting weights and weight training! plus i love the music they play while you working out! :)

  3. You look super cute! So pretty! I envy your commitment to working out - I just can't muster up the energy most days. :( I'm disappointed in myself. You're doing awesome, keep it up!
