Spring is Coming!

Yesterday I woke up bright and early and headed to the gym at 5 a.m. 
I love going and getting my workout done and out of the way. 


Yesterday I worked on my chest and triceps and oh my goodness am I feeling it today! 
Holy cow I am sore. 
I remember thinking I didn't need to lift that cardio would be good enough for losing weight but it seems like every one these days are lifting weights to help lose weight and become a healthier person. 

So I decided I needed to lift to help burn calories and lose this fat.

It was a great workout with a good friend. 
So glad I have to meet someone at the gym otherwise I don't think I'd be going so early. 

Today its suppose to be beautiful just like yesterday so yay to running outside!!!

  1. I love strength training... and the fact that you burn calories for up to 72 hours after your session. I currently lift 3 days per week: legs, shoulder/back, arms/chest.
