Meal Plan #5

First off I need to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Jana from Jana Tolman Design for making my new blog design. I am in LOVE with it. Its everything I wanted and more. If you are needing something new go and email her. She's amazing to work with!!

So, it's Super Bowl Sunday!
Whose excited?!? If I'm being honest here I'm not that excited I mean I like football but I'm a baseball girl all the way. Plus, I know nothing about these teams except my hubs doesn't like Manning.
But we are still going to a friends to watch the game so I'm excited to see the commercials. Oh, come on I know you are too!

Today I thought I would bring back my Sunday meal planning post. I'm not sure if you guys like them or not but I kind of love doing them. Plus, I'm linking up with Jill from Fitness, Health and Happiness.
I'm going to be redoing a couple of my recipes for you guys. I'm pretty excited.
So here's what I have planned for the week

Monday, February 3: Mini Turkey Meatloaf with roasted zucchini.
(recipe coming soon)
Tuesday, February 4: Paleo Chicken Tenders side salad (baked fries for Chris) via Allergy Free Alaska

Wednesday, February 5: Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin via Dashing Dish with broccoli and  brown rice.

Thursday, February 6: Honey BBQ Chicken Thighs roasted potatoes and zucchini

Friday, February 7: Leftovers

Saturday, February 8: Quinoa Meatballs via Fit Foodie Finds with spaghetti squash
(Gluten-Free spaghetti for hubs)

Do you guys like meal planning post?

  1. My hubs and I don't watch any sports, so no Superbowl for us tonight. Meal planning posts are fun! Those chicken tenders look divine. :)

  3. Hmm, I really dig the idea of meal planning posts. My husband and I just moved in together (we're both in the military and have been stuck in unaccompanied housing until just a couple months ago) so I'm still learning how to plan out healthy dinners throughout the week. I love reading posts like these, extra bonus for recipe links! :] So thank you for sharing!

The mister and I were going for the Broncos. I'm a TN girl, and liked Manning back when he played for the UT Vols, and my husband's a Patriots fan, but sadly they didn't make it to the Super Bowl. I guess he figured the Broncos were the lesser evil. Kind of a disappointing game, right? ;(
