WIAW #3

This week has been pretty easy cleaning up my diet. Here's what I've been eating! 


Breakfast: Spinach & Mushroom Scramble with fruit. Rice cake with Peanut Butter and fruit. I always have a cup of coffee with almond milk. 


Lunch: I've been eating a little bit of everything. Panera Bread and a platter of goodies. 




Snacks and Dinner. I seem to always forget to take pictures of dinner. Probably because I'm trying to cook, feed Miss O and make sure Chris is fed. You know the daily life of a momma. :) 
These are my favorite Paleo/Gluten free chicken stripes! The hubs even loves them.
