Meal Plan: Week of October 14

Hey guys!! 
How was your weekend? Ours was pretty good. We just hang out and relaxed. 
Chris and I were going to go out for his birthday, since its Wednesday but decided just to hang out instead. 
My mom and dad kept Olivia overnight. Chris and I just relaxed, slept in and chilled together. It was nice. 
Sunday came and we watched a ton of football. I can't believe the Chiefs are now 6-0. 
Plus, they made the World Record for the loudest stadium. 
We then watches the Patriots. Tom Brady may be my favorite ;)

This week meal plans were a little hard to for me. I just had now idea what I wanted to cook. I wanted something different and delicious but easy to cook. 
So here's what I came up with. 

Monday: Leftovers from Sunday
Tuesday: Paleo Buffalo Chicken Nuggest with sweet potato fries  
Wednesday: Gluten-Free Chicken Parm with Spaghetti Sqaush
Thursday: Asian Stir Fry
Friday: Salad Bar
Saturday: Homemade Chili
Sunday: Gluten-Free Pizza

This weeks workout plans
Monday: 2 miles
Tuesday: BodyPump
Wednesday: 3 miles 
Thursday: BodyPump
Friday: Rest
Saturday 4 miles
Sunday: 1 miles

  1. Cuteness!!!! I was so mad the Pat's won, tho. No offense, but I don't like them. Got sick of them winning all the time. Bad reason, but that's what I got! :) Excited for the Chiefs, tho!

    ugh, I want s/t delicious to make for supper but out of ideas. And mad that I don't have any avocado, was wanting a turkey/avocado Panini for lunch. :( And i'm starving and lunch time is still an hour away. Guess I could break the rules and eat now but then I'll be starving for supper at 3:30!
