Meal Plans and Miles

Chris had a eye doctor appointment this morning. Miss O and I went with him to hang out and help him pick out a new pair of glasses. 
Afterwards we got some lunch and then they went home and I went grocery shopping. 
Who would have thought being a momma those alone trips to the grocery store would be just the kind of "me" time I need. 

Anyways I got some great deals on produce and meat. They had some great sales. Love when that happens. 
I got home put everything away and felt like deep cleaning. For some random reason I just started doing it. Next thing I know I'm getting all my fall decorations out and putting them up. Its felt like fall all weekend so I thought what the heck why not. 

(Fun fact: Hated ketchup on eggs until I married my hubs, not for some reason I love it!)

By the time I was ready to go for a run it was already dark out so I had to skip today's run but I plan on running tomorrow morning. 
Which might or might not be good for BodyPump. 

So here's what's on the menu this week
Monday: Breakfast
Tuesday: Crock Pot Turkey Breast & Roasted Veggies
Wednesday: Paleo Chicken Strips & "fries"
Thursday: Crock Pot Paleo Meatballs & Roasted Zucchini
Friday: Football game home. Salad bar
Saturday: Out 
Sunday: Paleo Chicken Nuggets. 

Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday: Body Pump
Wednesday: 2 miles
Thursday: Body Pump
Friday: 2 miles
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: 3 miles

Did I mention I'm really excited for Halloween this year?
