Well today I was hoping to post my meal plan I've made myself for next week but I'm just not quite done with it. I've been working on it in between work, changing diapers, feedings and keeping up with house duties so I haven't got it done yet. But I will have it done by Sunday for a post.
I've never been much of a meal planner I just usually buy food and make some meals but since I'm back on this weight loss train I thought I would get in the good habit of planning my weekly meals out and staying on track. Wish me luck!
So for today's post I'm going to leave you with some of my favorite breakfast foods I've made so far.
These are quick, easy, delicious and skinny. I love them and make them quite often! And since its almost the weekend maybe you'll want to enjoy one of these with your family. Usually the weekend I make a fancier breakfast other than just toast or eggs that I make during the week. I have more time and I know Chris doesn't have to be anywhere before 9 a.m.
