3 Cheese Chicken Pasta Bake

I went back to work yesterday. I work for my parents so I get to take Miss O with me which is super nice! 
I love that I get to spend time with her and get paid at the same time. Plus, my mom and dad love being able to see her more often. 
Its been super nice being able to get out of the house and just doing something different. We were all getting a little bored just sitting in this house all day long. Everyone has told us to sleep when she sleeps but she's such a good sleeper we really aren't losing sleep. (Knock on wood!) I mean we sleep til like 9 every morning but I feel so awake and ready for the day when I wake up. Its so crazy how much more energy I have now that I'm not pregnant compared to when I was. 
I can't believe she will be a month old on Friday! It's crazy to think we've been home with a newborn and we've survived. ;-)
Today Chris and I are leaving her with my mom while we make a trip to the Sam's Club. I'm totally not looking forward to leaving her since I haven't yet but I know it'll be nice for Chris and I just to get away for a few hours. I won't lie I'm kind of looking forward to it. Plus, I just love the Sam's Club and I know it wouldn't be easy shopping with her there.

Anyways, I guess I should get on with this recipes I totally want to share with you guys. 
It's delicious and cheesy! It's a pasta dish that will fill you up and keep you wanting more. This recipe it super easy to make and easy on the wallet. I know everyone is going to enjoy this one so please make it this week! 
Also, I had way more pictures but I somehow deleted them before I got them saved to my computer so you get to enjoy just one. Sorry guys! More next time I promise.

Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil 
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 
  • 1/2 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
  •  1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta as directed. 
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Heat EVOO in a skillet on medium heat and cook chicken until cooked through. 
  4. Once chicken is cooked add spices and cook for another 2 minutes. 
  5. Add marinara sauce to chicken. Drain Pasta once cook through.
  6. Toss Pasta and sauce together. Coat evenly. 
  7. Add half of pasta to a baking dish then evenly spread out half mozzarella and provolone cheese.
  8. Add the rest of pasta in baking dish then top with the rest of cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
