My 2013 Goals

So this is the time of year I usually sit down and make a list of goals I want to accomplish before the end of the year.
Yes, most of my goals have to do with weight loss and I know this year is going to be pretty hard since I'm going to be pregnant for the first 6 months.
Don't get my wrong I'm excited beyond words to be starting a family with my husband but when since I just lost 40 pounds and my Doctor says "you're probably going to gain 25-30 pounds back" I kind of freaked out.
Then I remember that it isn't going to be easy getting the weight off it never is but this time I have an amazing outcome as to why I'm gaining weight.
I won't lie the day I put my jeans on and they didn't fit anymore I cried! Like a lot...
Then I told myself I need to write me goals down for 2013 and not make it all about gaining/losing weight this year.
So that's what I did and I came up with some pretty great goals for 2013!
I'm so so so excited for this year. It's going to be an amazing one!

What's everyone's goals for 2013?

  1. I don't know how I missed your announcement post, but Congratulations!!!
I think your goals are great! And if you can keep up with the healthy eating while pregnant the weight won't be too bad.

  2. Congratulations! Glad your feeling better-really missed reading your blog. Keep active during your pregnancy (walking is great). It is good for keeping you healthy, it makes your delivery easier and it is helpful in losing the weight after the baby is born.

  3. Great Goals! Staying active during your pregnancy (as long as the doc approves) will set you up for success now, as well as after the baby is born.

    Keep up the healthy lifestyle!

  4. Great goals! Enjoy pregnancy, its a fun journey if you let it be!

  5. Congratulations on your pregnancy! :)
I have some similar goals.. going to church more & strengthening my faith, becoming a better blogger, and hitting the gym like a maniac. Although, you shouldn't do that last one for a few more months! Enjoy being pregnant-as long as you keep up that healthy lifestyle, you will be just fine!
