Monday's Giveaway on Tuesday

Ok, ok I know if you read my Facebook page you read that I was going to be doing a giveaway on Monday... 
Well its now Tuesday and I ran out of time yesterday to do a post so here I am ready to tell you all about my giveaway! 
The other week I decided it was finally time I spend some money on some really good headbands and quit buying the headband that just keep falling off my head within 3 minutes of wearing it. 
I read blogs and reviews of all my friends on their favorite and finally decided to give one a try. Well all weekend I wore my new Bic Band headband and FELL IN LOVE!! 
They really are amazing!! I just love love love mine. I really can't get over the fact that it didn't move!! 
I did some housework so I didn't get to run in it but I still think they would be amazing for when I'm running. I wore my all day today and it stayed right there! So I know if I were to sweat 100 gallons it wouldn't move!
I'm just so excited about these! 

I WILL have this one someday!

  3. I am new to the whole working out thing so right now i am sticking to 30 mins cardio, then some weight training- BUT I have done a BodyPump class and LOVED it! :-)

  4. My favorite work out is a 1 mile run, 45 minutes on the elliptical and then 15 minutes of arms with weights. Its kinda new for me but so far I am really liking it!

  7. My favorite workout is walking. I love to walk - outside/inside. I have an unwritten rule that I cannot watch any of the shows on my DVR unless I am on the treadmill.

  8. My fave has to be kickboxing class, we sweat a ton and do kickboxing moves to upbeat music!! What a great giveaway girl, you are too sweet!!

  10. My favorite work out is running of course! I love any type of cardio but don't get the same mental "good feeling" from anything other than a long, hard run.

  12. my favorite workout is a mixture. It starts with running 1 mile, then i do a series of exercises in a circuit that build muscle and get my heart pumping at the same time (think crossfit), then I do a few back strengthening and weightlifting exercises, and then I focus on abs (20 sec on/10 sec off).

  13. Ok, I have been a Jillian follower off and on for a couple of years but now that I"m pregnant I am using BodyWisdom Media's Prental Fitness series. It has Yoga, Pilates, and Strength & Cardio. I really like it! It's almost as much of a workout as Jillian, I was actually sore the first few times I used it! HOlla!

  14. My favorite is a good mixture of things. Some good cardio like running or elliptical, then some strength training with weights. I no longer have a gym membership so I have to get creative, and I'm slowing my pace because I just found out that I'm pregnant as well. Congratulations to you as well!

  15. My favortie workout is zumba but running is becoming a close second. I love the bic bands, I got one for Christmas and I was so amazed that it didn't move at all!

  17. I of course run 5Ks and just run to run. But right now I have been doing the Nike training game on the xbox 360 with kinect and its a great great work out.

  23. I don't get to do it nearly as often as I would like but I love doing aquasize! Such a good workout and you don't even feel yourself sweat

  24. My fave workout is Zumba! I'm starting to follow it up with a little weight lifting, too. I'm trying to make myself love running, but so far I only like running if it's a roadrace. And I love in the frigid North, so the only road races are in the summer - boo!
