Well guys since I started this blog back in December I really wanted this to be a place I could document my weight loss, becoming healthy and everything else in between.
I think I've done pretty well with the recipes, not to mention I think I'm becoming a GREAT cook. And I'm doing really well with the everything else in between. Wouldn't you guys think?
Well I've been doing ok on the weight loss part. I mean I'm in no hurry because I don't want to lose it to fast then just gain it back.
I can say I have learned a lot about myself and about being healthy in these first 30 pounds I've lost.
I'm down about 35 pounds since December.
So I think it's time that I start doing a Weigh in Wednesday!
I haven't done anything like this before mainly because I was still keeping this whole losing weight thing to myself in case I failed.
Well guys I'm NOT failing and I'm not giving up. Some weeks are better than others and some are just plain horrible. But I feel like if I start sharing with you ladies how much I lose per week so I can keep with it and keep myself accountable!
I really hate talking about my weight; I mean what woman loves it? So I'm not going to share my weight with you yet, maybe someday. I don't even want my hubby to know what I weigh.
But I will let you know how much I've lost in a week and how much totally I've lost!
This week 10/24: 1.8 lbs
Total Pounds Down: 36.8 lbs
That's like the size of a toddler kid! I can't believe I've lost that much!
