Homemade Trail Mix

So I've decided since I've been suck at my weight for like a month now to try something different.
I know you're suppose to eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day and frankly I don't feel like my breakfast, lunch and dinner are big meals. But I get to off track throughout the day and don't have snacks in between.
So I have decided to really make sure I eat snacks in between breakfast and lunch then again in between lunch and dinner.

Really the idea came from Megan @ Miss Madison's Charmed Life when she shared her meals for the day.
She said she ate 2 snacks a day. So I guess I'm going to give it a try.
Trail mix is probably my favorite kind of snack. With this being said, I mean I usually go for the ones that has CHOCOLATE in it. I mean chocolate is good for you right? :)
I decided to make my own that I could have with some cheese for my morning snack to hold me over until lunch.
Typically I'm not hungry in between but I see a lot of people doing this snack thing so I figured I don't have anything to lose (besides weight!!) so I my as well try it.
Also this would be the PERFECT little snack for all those momma's out there with little kiddo's in school! Its super easy to make PLUS its pretty healthy for them. Pack it for their lunch and they will love it!
Enjoy!
