So its Monday, yay! NOT!! I mean I don't hate Monday's but I don't love them either.
Only thing I do love about them is my Body Pump class is first thing in the morning so I feel like I'm well prepared for that the day how to bring me!
Now I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! I know I did, spent some amazing time with the hubs which is always nice plus I made another yummy and delicious smoothie!!
It's super easy to make and I know you'll love it!
So now onto the recipe...
Total time: 5 minutes
§ ½ cup chopped granny smith apple
§ ½ cup frozen green grapes
§ ½ cup frozen mango
§ 1 cup spinach
§ ½ cup orange juice
§ ½ cup water
§ 1 tablespoon chia seeds
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
