Skinny Baked Turkey Cutlets

My hubs loves fried food, I mean really I think everyone loves fried food but we all know it’s neither healthy nor good for us. So what better way than to take something that taste delicious fried and bake it instead! Well I did just that, the hubs and I love turkey cutlets with a parmesan breadcrumb crust and this time I made it even healthier.

It’s super easy to make and is a great weeknight meal when you’re super busy and need a quick simple meal that doesn’t require a lot of prep. Although, I don’t have kids yet I understand families with kids that are pressed with time and feel like they don’t have time to cook a healthy and quick meal. Well this meal is just for you. I know kids will love this too. I mean my hub loves and he’s super picky!!

Servings: 4
Total time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
§  4 turkey cutlets

§  2 tablespoons water
§  1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
§  1/3 cup parmesan cheese

  1. This looks delicious! It just goes to show that we can still get so much flavour out of a dish and keep it healthy! Healthy, but not bland! By the way, I'm really loving your platter :)
