Overnight Oats in a Jar

So I’ve been seeing all over Pinterest Overnight Oats in a jar. They all look so yummy but most of them are made with Greek yogurt and I’m not a big fan of that stuff yet, but I knew I wanted to try to make some oats in jar. Finally I found a recipe that’s not only skinny but very, very tasty!

This recipe is great! It was nice and cold when I ate it and it was very filling. I love breakfast foods that fill me up and I know they are healthy for me. Makes the rest of my day’s food choices go so much better. Not to mention how incredibly healthy oats are for you. I’ve heard people say if you eat oats every morning you can decrease your chance of getting heart disease. Who doesn’t want that!

There were blueberries and pecans in every bit which I love. I hate eating something great that has amazing tasting filling and it’s all gone in two bites. This wasn’t the case for this recipe. It was super easy to make and I know kids out there will love this! I know you’re going to enjoy this one!!
