Peanut Butter Brownies


I love baking! I think I’m better at it than actually cooking but I’m still finding a love to cook meals! I’m getting better, even ask my hubs!! Anyways, back to baking I love, love, love brownies and we all love peanut butter so why not make some peanut butter brownies. I know you’re screaming right now because of excitement because I know I was when I found this recipe! I mean ooey, gooey good stuff, please there’s nothing better. Plus these are totally healthier for you. I know you’re going to make this tomorrow and I can’t wait till you try them. Enjoy!

Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
Recipe adapted from Hungry Girl
§  1 (18.5 ounce) Devil’s Food cake mix
§  1 (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin
§  ¼ cup reduced-fat peanut butter
§  1  tablespoon fat-free milk

Preparation
1.       Preheat oven to 400. Spray nonstick baking pan with nonstick spray.
2.       In a large bowl mix together the cake mix and pumpkin. Stir until completely combined. (batter will be thick)
3.       Spread batter into a baking pan and smooth out top.  
4.       In a small bowl mix together peanut butter and milk until well combined.
5.       Using a butter knife spread peanut butter over brownie mixture until covering the whole thing.
6.       Bake 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into 16 pieces.
