Breakfast: Best & Worst

Breakfast the most important meal of the day. It’s probably my favorite meal of the day for one, I’m really good at cooking breakfast food (never screw it up) and two it’s always SO dang good! I know most people these days are in a huge hurry in the mornings with waking up, getting kids up, packing lunches and just trying to get out the door. Thank goodness I don’t have kids yet because I run pretty slow in the mornings. Anyways, I know sometimes you just can’t help it and need to grab something on the way to work because you over slept one morning or frankly you just didn’t feel like making breakfast. I found something that might help you make a healthier choice at different fast food joints. Subway is probably my favorite place of all time I could really eat there breakfast, lunch and dinner but I know sometimes that place just isn’t fast enough for people so here’s a list of the best and worst choices at different restaurants.

The best: The Starbucks Spinach & Feta Breakfast Wrap has 290 calories, 3.5 grams of saturated fat, 6 grams of fiber, 19 grams of protein and 830 mg of sodium.

The worst: The Starbucks Sausage & Cheddar Classic Breakfast Sandwich has 500 calories, 9 grams of saturated fat, less than a gram of fiber, 19 grams of protein and 920 mg of sodium.
