First 15...

What I've gained with losing my first 15 pounds.

I wanted to share with you guys what I’ve noticed from losing my first 15 pounds. I have a lot more to lose but there are so many changes in my body and mood I’ve noticed. Here are just a few things I wanted to share. I know these might not seem like a big deal but to me they are. These are things I’ve been waiting to see results and with all this hard work I can tell you it’s paying off. I can’t wait to see what the next 15+ pounds are going to do for me! Just remember you can do it and there’s always something to look forward too!

1.       My clothes are really lose.
2.       I can tell my stomach is getting smaller. I can’t eat as much food as I used too.
3.       My double chin is going away.
4.       I can sit Indian style on our couch.
5.       I have energy to keep the house picked up instead of waiting til Sunday to do EVERYTHING!
