Terrific Turkey Burger

I’ve been hungry for a good burger lately and since I hardly ever cook with red meat I thought I would share with everyone a delicious turkey burger that’s a hit in my house! I have been cooking turkey burgers forever it seems like, I would say at least 3 years and I love them! But I also know a lot of people try and make it and they have a problem with cooking them to long and they taste really try. Well I have something for you that’s not dry and taste great!! Hope you enjoy!
Servings: 4
Total time: 25-30 minutes

Ingredients
§  1 pound grond turkey (I used 93/7)
§  3 tablespoons Italian style bread crumbs
§  2 tablespoons egg white (or just use one egg white)
§  3 tablespoons chopped onion
§  1 teaspoon dried parsley
§  ½ teaspoon salt
§  ½ teaspoon pepper
§  Whole wheat buns
§  1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Preparation
1.       Preheat oven to 375
2.       In a large bowl mix together turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, parsley, onion, salt and pepper.
3.       Form into 4 patties
4.       Cook patties for about 25 minutes or until no longer pink ( internal temperature of 180 degrees F)
5.       Toast whole wheat bun and spread Dijon mustard on it. Also you can add the veggie of your choice.
