Crock Pot Pork Chops

Well it was a crock pot meal kind of night! It was great! I love coming home to having most of the cooking done and out of the way! I made pork chops in the crock pot. I don’t fix pork very often so it was quite a treat to have something different. Now I know you are going to look at the ingredients and think really that goes together but really, it works. Just try it and see for yourself. 

Servings: 4
Total time: 10 minute to prepare cook’s about 6 hours


Ingredients
§  4-6 boneless butterfly pork chops. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper. 
§  1 can healthy request cream of chicken (or you can use cream of mushroom)
§  ½ cup ketchup
§  Pepper

Preparation
1.       Place pork chops in crock pot.
2.       Mix the cream of chicken and ketchup together and pour all over the pork chops.
3.       Cook on low for about 6 hours.
