Crock Pot Paprika Chicken

½ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ tablespoon Paprika
½ tablespoon Parsley
½ teaspoon Oregano
1 tablespoon EVOO

Mix all spices in a bowl. Next rub chicken down with EVOO then rub spices on. Place in crock pot and cook on low for about 6-8 hours.

TIPS: If you are doing a whole chicken like I did make sure you take out the baggy in the middle that holds the gizzards. You could easily do this with chicken breast too.
